Superbuy QC photos: a practical warehouse checklist

QC photos help you compare the received item with the listing before international shipping. They cannot prove authenticity or hidden quality, but they can reveal many avoidable mistakes.

Start with the order details

Open the original product page beside the warehouse images. Confirm the ordered color, size, model and quantity. Seller photos may be edited, so compare identifiable features rather than expecting identical lighting.

Apparel

Check overall shape, color, seams, print placement, closures, labels and visible marks. Compare measured chest, length, waist or inseam with a garment that fits you.

Shoes and bags

Inspect both sides, toe shape, sole, stitching, hardware, straps and included accessories. Ask whether visible dents come from removable packaging.

When to request an extra photo

Request a targeted image when the standard set hides a decision-critical detail: a size label, measurement, damaged corner, connector, pattern alignment or accessory count. A precise request is more useful than asking for “more photos.”

Approve, exchange or return?

Separate lighting differences from real defects. If the item is the wrong option, materially damaged or outside an important measurement tolerance, contact support within the warehouse deadline. Read current return rules before deciding because seller return shipping or service charges may apply.

Save the listing, order option and QC images until delivery. This gives you a record if a parcel issue needs investigation.
