01
Read each spreadsheet find
Confirm the category, marketplace, seller, product photos, option names, size notes, and update date. Open the original listing and make sure the item still matches the spreadsheet description before submitting it to an agent.
02
Inspect warehouse QC photos
Compare color, shape, stitching, labels, accessories, packaging, and measurements with the listing. Ask for an extra photo when an important detail is hidden or the warehouse images do not show the requested option clearly.
03
Reduce shipping surprises
Estimate product and packaging weight, review route restrictions, and combine items sensibly. Shipping prices and customs requirements vary by destination, so check the agent's current route information before building a large parcel.
04
Check the seller and listing
Look for recent transactions, consistent product images, clear option descriptions, and a reasonable price. Avoid treating an old spreadsheet entry as proof that the current seller or listing is unchanged.
05
Choose sizes from measurements
Marketplace sizes can differ from familiar local sizing. Compare the listing's garment measurements with an item you already own, and include the exact color and size in the note sent to the purchasing agent.
06
Keep a simple order record
Save the source link, option selected, amount paid, warehouse photos, and parcel number. A small record makes it easier to compare finds, resolve mistakes, and understand the final landed cost of each item.
