How to Buy

From spreadsheet link to international parcel

This is the common workflow for overseas shoppers using a purchasing agent. Always confirm current prices, availability, shipping restrictions, and destination rules on the agent's official website.

1

Choose and verify a product link

Start from a category page, spreadsheet, Taobao listing, Weidian shop, or 1688 supplier. Confirm the seller, product name, current images, size chart, color, option, and price. Do not rely only on an old screenshot or spreadsheet description.

2

Submit the link to your agent

Paste the original product URL into your preferred buying agent. Choose the correct option and add a clear note for size, color, model, quantity, and any seller instructions. Review domestic shipping and service fees before payment.

3

Review warehouse QC carefully

After the item reaches the warehouse, compare the QC photos with the listing. Check measurements, color, shape, visible defects, accessories, and packaging. Request another photo or contact support before accepting an item that appears different.

4

Plan the parcel and total cost

Estimate the packed weight and volume, decide whether to remove unnecessary packaging, and compare available routes. Consider service fees, insurance, delivery speed, restrictions, and possible customs charges, not just the item price.

5

Select an international route

Choose a route supported for your destination and product type. Read the latest restrictions and declaration guidance from the agent because route availability can change. Keep the parcel number and payment record after submission.

6

Track delivery and keep records

Monitor tracking after dispatch and save your source links, order details, QC images, parcel invoice, and support messages. These records help if the carrier requests information or you need to review the true landed cost later.
