Use the warehouse stage to prevent avoidable mistakes
The warehouse is the checkpoint between a domestic seller and international shipping. Review each arrival while exchange or return options may still be available.
After the seller ships
The warehouse receives the domestic parcel, associates it with your order and records basic information. Photos, weight and storage status may appear at different times. A received status does not mean every detail has been inspected.
Review arrivals one by one
Match the product to the selected option and inspect visible condition. Confirm important measurements when fit matters. If something is unclear, contact support promptly and reference the exact order and image.
Watch storage and return deadlines
Storage periods and seller return windows are separate. Do not wait for every future item before reporting a problem. Verify current deadlines and fees in your account because policies can change.
Prepare for consolidation
- Decide whether retail boxes are necessary.
- Separate fragile or restricted products when routes require it.
- Choose protection according to the contents.
- Consider a packing estimate when volume is uncertain.
Before parcel payment
Confirm the address, item list, route eligibility, declaration and insurance choice. Save the submitted parcel details and tracking number.
